The focus of this workshop will provide healthcare practitioners an understanding of the importance of
whistleblowing as a mechanism of accountability in healthcare organizations, as well as, a basic understanding
of whistleblowing and the impact on self and client.
Upon completion of this webinar participants will be able to:
- Describe key concepts and terms in professional ethics, law, and whistleblowing.
- Differentiate between public and private sector whistleblowing.
- Be able to define whistleblowing models.
- Define basic terms associated with whistleblowing.
- Understand the moral maze and terms associated with whistleblowing.

approved for continuing education by the New Jersey Social Work Continuing Education Approval Collaborative,
which is administered by NASW-NJ. CE Approval Collaborative Approval Period: Monday, January 10, 2022 through
